"I Voted" that "about" should not be capitalized

The alcohol cabinet here is stocked full, and the "no alcohol behind this point" sign is out and ready to keep people from leaving the patio.

Roughly the number of people who voted in the elections are here: about 13, including the nine Alligator staff members assembled.

P.S. We just debated whether to capitalize "about" following the colon in the second sentence. Copy desk?

Capitalize the first word after a colon only if it is a proper noun or the start of a complete sentence.
